Handy’s Security Systems Launches an Annual Security Programme for Schools

The month of June has turned out to be a BIG month for Handy’s Security Systems, through its ongoing commitment to extend its community building programme with a vision of supporting family strengthening and improving the quality of family life in Cyprus.

In response to local schools talking about school safety being a priority, Handy’s Security Systems, a leader in innovative security solutions throughout Cyprus, has launched an Annual Security Programme for Schools, donating a security alarm system to one school each year, and calling for other companies throughout Cyprus to do the same.

Investing in a very important global awareness day that is celebrated around the world each year but where little is done to Cyprus to mark this day, Handy’s Security Systems chose International Children’s Day celebrated around the world on June, 1 to award Apostolos Varnavas Elementary School in Nicosia, with the installation of the best possible security alarm system.  Supporting the re-growth of our economy, the donation is reflected in the company’s vision of being a responsible company that is implicated in the development of a safer educational environment for children across the country.

To mark the end of the campaign this year, Handy’s Security Systems celebrated the installation of the alarm system yesterday evening, together with the pupils and staff of Apostolos Varnavas Elementary School, with a special party for the children as part of their end of class year celebrations.  Together with the parents, the Handy’s Security Systems team discussed safety issues at school and handed out gifts of sweets and chocolates to the children.
