Supporting The Red Cross Society

GymNet with the support of security solutions provider, Handy’s Security Systems, performed a major Charity Event in association with The Cyprus Red Cross Society.

This year, GymNet sprang into action on Saturday November, 2^nd with a fun-packed day aimed at generating awareness around Good Nutrition Month, where countries around the world each November campaign on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical habits.

Entrance to the event was free for members and non-members, kicking off at 11.00 am with a show performed by “MORFOU” KARATE CLUB, and followed by the highlight of the day, the infamous GymNet YARD CHALLENGE filled with fun fitness exercises where the people are the best part!

The charity event raised heartbeats and spirits while raising resources and awareness for The Cyprus Red Cross Society.  Upon completion of the YARD CHALLENGE all participants enjoyed a cocktail buffet with DJ’s from MIX FM.

On the day of the event, GymNet collected foodstuffs from participants who wished to donate to The Cyprus Red Cross Society.
