Job Duties:

  • 24-hour monitoring, control, and management of security system signals
  • Customer service and provision of telephone technical support to customers
  • Informing the technical department via software about customer issues

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  •  Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
  •  Proficiency in computer usage
  •  Experience in a similar position is an advantage
  •  Clean Criminal Record
  •  Communication and organizational skills
  •  Ability to work under pressure and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  •  Team spirit and attention to detail
  •  Availability to work in a shift system
