What Will You Do Day to Day?
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments and available settlement options
- Negotiate and create realistic payment plans
- Send receipts, outstanding invoices, and perform follow-ups
- Collaborate with accounting, sales, and customer service teams to resolve issues affecting collections
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records
- Monitor collection performance indicators and report to management
- Handle deposits, contracts, and Purchase Orders where required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legislation
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in debt collection or customer service (strong advantage)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with targets
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluent Greek and good command of English
- Ability to manage demanding situations with professionalism and calmness
