What Will You Do Day to Day?

• Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments and available settlement options
• Negotiate and create realistic payment plans
• Send receipts, outstanding invoices, and perform follow-ups
• Collaborate with accounting, sales, and customer service teams to resolve issues affecting collections
• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records
• Monitor collection performance indicators and report to management
• Handle deposits, contracts, and Purchase Orders where required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legislation

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in debt collection or customer service (strong advantage)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with targets
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Fluent Greek and good command of English
• Ability to manage demanding situations with professionalism and calmness
