Job Vacancy: Central Monitoring Station Operator
Location: Nicosia, Cyprus
Shifts: Rotating (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00)

Handy’s Security Systems Ltd is looking for a responsible and organized Central Monitoring Station Operator to strengthen our technical team.

If you are interested in the security field, enjoy working with high-tech systems, and providing immediate support, then this position is for you!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the operation of security systems 24/7
• Managing the receipt, verification, and transmission of signals and video according to procedures
• Providing telephone and remote technical support to customers and partners
• Creating and tracking requests for issues with customer systems

Required Qualifications:

• Very good command of the English language (spoken and written)
• Computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Desired Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Previous experience in a similar or technical role will be considered an additional asset
