Handy’s Security Systems Ltd is looking for a responsible and organized Security Systems Support Officer to join our technical team.

If you’re interested in the security sector, enjoy working with high-tech systems, and providing immediate support, this position is for you!

🔍 Duties & Responsibilities:

• 24/7 monitoring of security system operations
• Managing the reception, verification, and transmission of signals and video according to procedures
• Providing remote and phone-based technical support to customers and partners
• Creating and tracking service tickets for customer system issues

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Very good Knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
• Computer Knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

🎯 Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Previous experience in a similar or technical role will be considered an advantage
